I was very impressed with the service I received from Clayton Patterson and St. Louis Honda. My husband spoke to Mr. Patterson about what we were looking for; and Mr. Patterson had this vehicle waiting Clayton Patterson and St. Louis Honda. He was extremely informative about what the CRV had to offer, and I never felt pressured to buy a car from him. The price he quoted to my husband online was exactly what he gave us in the showroom. There were no surprises. When we need to purchase a vehicle in the future, we will definitely look to St. Louis Honda first. More
Kurt was very helpful and did not try to sell me anything outside the parameters I had mentioned. He called me when one of the 2 cars I was considering sold so that if I was still interested I could bring t outside the parameters I had mentioned. He quickly offered to fix a headlight that had condensation in it and made the whole process painless. He provided me with Carfax info for each of the cars I looked at and gave me websites to look at for estimating what the value of my trade in might be. More

I stopped into St. Louis Honda because they had the used minivan we were looking for. They noticed I was in a hurry and moved as quick as they could with a great collective 'can-do' attitude. I was able to turn in my almost new lease and get a used minivan for a good price. Craig was fantastic in moving things forward, Jeff in the business office worked magic getting the car loan set up and Dave as the manager kept eveyone loose and enjoying themselves. It was a fantastic team effort in a few short hours I was out the door with the car we needed at a fair price and a great feeling about the team and service at St. Louis Honda. More

Very happy overall with my new car purchase. But I was disappointed that I walked into the showroom to talk new car purchase .. this is my 3rd new Honda from Mungenast St. Louis Honda . . and was told fa disappointed that I walked into the showroom to talk new car purchase .. this is my 3rd new Honda from Mungenast St. Louis Honda . . and was told face to face that BECAUSE I was a 3x repeat client, that the rate given was the best and was because I was a repeat client. Being a smart shopper, of course went home and did more research. Reached out via the internet to four other local Honda dealerships. Every single one of those came back to me at the 1st shot with a rate $1000+ better!! I never stepped foot in one of those dealerships and never met any of them face to face. Continued negotiating for a few days via phone and email. Each of those were extremely eager to give me a great rate and each of them offered to beat anyone else by $200. I in turn took the lowest rate rcvd back to STL Honda and finally STL Honda offered to meet the rate. I asked that you not just meet it,but beat it. In the end you met the rate and kept in a few extra concessions such as the cargo tray and all season mats. I locked the deal in at that point. I did prefer to buy from STL Honda due to my past experiences and the location to my home. I also did not want to drag this out any longer and risk not finding the model & color that I prefered. So feel that for even a single woman dealing with a male salesman. . .that I hopefully did not allow him to intimidate me. Love the car!! More

Sam was very easy to talk to. He was knowledgeble and always put forth a positive attitute. He was not pushy. I have been to dealerships in the past who tried to tell me what vehicle I wanted/needed. Gary is great to work with as a car salesman. I felt like he was always being honest. And he did not pressure us in any direction. This is the second car we purchased from him. We had to leave the dealership on Saturday, and were told that when we came back on Monday evening, the finance dept. would have all of the paperwork ready for signatures. That was not the case and had to spend several hours again that evening. After talking with other dealers I believe we should have received more for our trade-ins. We made the deal, so I can't complain. But, I can't help but feel some remorse about that. Overall, the experience is not much different than what we have had at other dealerships. More
