Recently my husband’s Honda was totaled out by the insurance company so we had to find him a new car fast. He really like Honda’s so I began to shop online for about a week, looking as far as 150 mil insurance company so we had to find him a new car fast. He really like Honda’s so I began to shop online for about a week, looking as far as 150 miles away from home (St. Louis) for the best deal. We bought his last Honda local but the car was not worth what we paid and that dealership’s customer service was extremely poor. As I continued my search I found an incredible 09 Honda Accord that was located at Mungenast St. Louis Honda, so I called to ask some questions about the car. When I called the lady that answered the phone was very kind and upbeat and got me right to the sales guy Tom Wilkerson, Tom was very nice and funny he asked me a few questions and checked on the car I was interested in and asked me would l like to come out to see the car. Once I made it to the dealership everyone was just as friendly in person as they were over the phone, which was a surprise to me based off the experience I had with another car dealership. I did not know everything would go so smooth and so fast I went to test the car on Thursday and the next day on Friday my husband and I went in to see Javier Terrazas which was our finance guy (sweet as can be and funny) and 1 hours later Javier gave us our keys and we drove off the lot. We have had the car almost a week now everything is going well the people of Mungenast have called and emailed to check to see if we had any questions or need anything now that’s what I call good customer service. I am happy to say I do NOT have buyer’s remorse and I will be buying my next car from the Mungenast family. (These days customer service is the main thing that sets companies apart from their competition, you can offer me free soda, snacks, coffee and cappuccino all you want but if I feel like I wasn’t heard when spending my money you can count me out as being a repeat customer.) I have been dealing with my Sales Person Joe for the past few weeks. I came all the way from Kansas City because of how professional Joe was. He took care of everything before we had gotten there and made sure that I was making the correct decisions, all while giving me a fantastic price. I will surely recommend all of my friends to Joe. Everyone else at the dealership was kind including Ivo, the finance manager. He did not pressure me into buying anything and explained everything thoroughly. St. Louis Honda as a whole is a fantastic organization and should be commended for how well they treat their customers. No wonder they have signs saying #1 volume dealer for 20 straight years! More

I was originally referred to Mungenast Honda to make my first new car purchase in over ten years and had an excellent experience. Besides the perks of Wi-Fi, Krispy Kreme Donuts, and good coffee, my service was completed quickly and my car was always returned clean- inside and out. When my car was wrecked in an accident- I decided to return to the same dealership. I was referred to Gina by a co-worker and she was very friendly and helpful. Purchasing another new car in less than a year was not in my plans, and both Gina and the sales manager, Tim, were sensitive to my situation. I didn't have the means or the inclination for extensive negotiation, and we settled on a more than fair price right away. I was quite attached to my old car, and Gina explained all of the features of the newer model. I drove away in a 2012 Civic with the comfort of knowing the dealership appreciated my repeat business. We needed to replace a vehicle and since we had had such good experiences with Honda products and Rob Carroll in the past, we again went to Rob. Although we started out looking at new vehicles, when we weren't happy with those possibilities, Rob suggested looking for a used vehicle which turned out to be a great suggestion! We were fortunate to find a low-mileage, used Odyssey in the model that worked better for our family. This is the fifth vehicle we've purchased with Rob as our sales rep at Mungenast Honda. When we need our next vehicle, we will definitely give Rob a call! He is friendly and helpful without being pushy so we find him easy and enjoyable to work with. More
