We had never owned a Honda so had many questions about the vehicles. Shan Herwig went beyond our expectations assisting us and did it with such an outgoing personality. We had been interested in the Honda CR-V EX-L and she even followed up with us by mailing additional information we had requested. We decided to vist with her at the dealership and did purchase our Honda CR-V EX-L based on not only Honda's reviews, the dealership's reputation with competative pricing, yet largely due to Shan's intergrity and professinalism.
