By far St. Louis Honda was the most helpful and friendly dealership staff I interacted with in my search. I never felt like I was being sold a car, I felt like they were helping me buy a car. Even my 10 year old son suggested that I buy the car from St. Louis Honda because they were nice to him. The Accord I bought was used, but in pristine condition. It was obvious that the dealership took great care in reconditioning the vehicle. Actually every used car I looked in at St louis Honda was in great shape. Some other dealerships I went to had dirty cars and flat out told me "what do you expect, its not a new car". I like my car a lot, I feel like I got a good deal, and look forward to many happy miles ahead. More

My 2005 Accords a/c stopped working on the hottest day so far in St Louis so I took it to the service dept at Dave Mungenast St Louis Honda for estimate/repair. They found that a "rare occurrence" of a beari far in St Louis so I took it to the service dept at Dave Mungenast St Louis Honda for estimate/repair. They found that a "rare occurrence" of a bearing coming loose inside the compressor, destroying it and sending metal shards throughout the entire system, required the entire system be replaced @ $3,255.00. The KBB value was only listed at $6,200 so I decided not to fix it. I immediately called Gary Jones to locate me another Accord with same features as my existing vehicle. He returned my call that same day but learned that the vehicle found was a demonstrator with 5,xxx miles so he expanded the search to 7 surrounding states. A dealer trade was completed & my new 2010 Accord was picked up and delivered to me on Saturday. Of course I would recommend this dealership to everyone, as this was my second experience, and I did refer a customer to them in June. Gary Jones and Ivo Saric are outstanding associates that provided proactive, friendly, knowledgeable and excellent customer service. This dealership was the second one of the day that I visited, and I was already very discouraged from my first experience at Nissan. He helped me choose the right trim level (EX) and took the time to work with me on getting it to a price within my range. The whole process took a few hours, but I ended up walking out with a car that night. Paul delivered excellent customer service, making me feel comfortable with my purchase. To top it off, I accidentally left my gate opener in my trade-in, and he drove all the way to the restaurant we were at (at 9:30 p.m.) to hand-deliver it! That, plus the follow-up call the next morning made me happy I decided to give Dave Mungenast my business. 10 thumbs up. More
