I first visited Sam and St. Louis Honda to see the Civic that I was interested in purchasing. After getting a few online quotes, I went back to the dealership as it is closest to my house. I actually didn't that I was interested in purchasing. After getting a few online quotes, I went back to the dealership as it is closest to my house. I actually didn't receive the lowest price from St. Louis Honda from the online quotes, but I gave them the lowest price and asked them to beat it. Sam was very accommodating, and ended up giving me $450 lower than even the price that I asked for. Overall, Sam was incredibly knowledge and friendly, and my car buying experience was extremely positive at St. Louis Honda. More

I had a few questions so I emailed the dealer and received immediate response from Randy Graves. Then I had another question and he again responded immediately. In his email he said I could call for an appointment. He found two cars for me, I made the appointment and was greated right on time. Everything went so smoothly, I couldn't have asked for anything more. Randy went over the features with me and was able to answer all of the questions I had regarding the car. I left there in my brand new, clean 2011 Honda Civic. I will return to Mungenast and Randy Graves for my next car purchase and will recommend both to anyone looking for a Honda. More

I came in the dealership to look at the Fit and the Civic models. Clayton was very patient and took his time with me. I would have liked to pay less for my car. I shopped for my new Honda Accord online on a Saturday evening. I already knew exactly what I wanted, saw that Mungenast had it in stock and made an offer online. I really thought that I would get a response on Monday (the next regular business day). Much to my surprise and delight, Randy Graves responded to me almost immediately. We negotiated quickly and set Tuesday as a day for me to come in, sign paperwork, and drive home in my new car. Randy was and excellent sales professional and I would refer anyone to him. (The only downside of my Tuesday evening purchase was the amount of time it took to get the paperwork done. I had prepared in advance by completing and submitting the online credit check so, I thought it would have taken much less time to finalize things. I will admit that part of my frustration about the length of time for paperwork was due to my lack of knowledge about what all needs to be done, but it still seemed to take a long time - hours.....)
