Mr. Lowe purchased the vehicle with full knowledge of the extent of the warranty that was fully disclosed to him of what items are covered by the AUL warranty which includes a book of the information to keep with the vehicle. We are and always will be accommodating to the disabled especially our veterans. Mr. Lowe picked up the vehicle from our service department on 3-19-14. YES, that is correct even though Mr. Lowe stated that he would not be able to get his car until the 3rd of next month and would miss his appointments, he is in fact in possession of his vehicle that he picked up on 3-19-14, which is the day before this review was written. Mr. Lowe has paid the diagnostic fee of $99 and has taken delivery of his vehicle. Mr. Lowe stated in the review and I quote "I told the man at the service department not to do any work without calling first because I had very little money". This statement alone states that Mr. Lowe was well aware that most of his issues would not be covered before he ever received a call. If anyone is trying to be deceitful, it would appear to be Mr. Lowe. Thank You, Mike Elder Customer Relations
