I am very happy with the way the salesman responded to help me select the vehicle,E-mails with information,down to actual photos of the truck I finally purchased. I found a Dodge Ram, your online special, which was about $7,500.00 more than I wanted to spend for a used one. I then looked around for a new one my local dealer quoted me around $45,000.00 and was not willing to come down. Bottom line Dave Smith saved me at least $4,000.00. More

When I picked up the truck I found all the personnel at DSM very professional and answered all my questions. They are a first class operation and I would not hesitate to buy from them again. More

Went in to look at a used 2010 GMC Acadia. The price was set right, we had a trade-in as well. In and out in 2.5 hours, from start to finish! We test drove it, asked a few questions...told him what we wan set right, we had a trade-in as well. In and out in 2.5 hours, from start to finish! We test drove it, asked a few questions...told him what we wanted to pay, he came within $500 of that, out the door. And even gave us exactly what we wanted for our trade. No pressure, no gimmicks...easy as pie. We will definitely be going back to see Jimmy in a couple of years for a truck for my husband. Talk about great customer service!!! More
We got a good deal on our new Dodge, the salesman was exceedingly pleasant. We live in a neighboring state and so my husband flew in to Spokane to take the Dave Smith shuttle and pick up the truck. We paid our state sales tax at the time of sale to have it wrapped into the loan. However, Dave Smith Motors has a business practice of sitting on sales tax until YOU phone them after the DMV has said they don't have the $ yet. I got 4 tons of lies and put offs from the business manager, Jeremy. My local DMV said that Dave Smith Motors has a habit of doing this - thus all of us customers making wasted trips and time to the DMV. I waited an hour just to be told I couldn't register my truck due to Dave Smith not having sent the money. I phoned Dave Smith Motors immediately as I only had 3 days left to register my vehicle- thus I gave Dave Smith Motors plenty of time to get the $ there. Jeremy, one of their business handlers, started with "[My name] I told you that before we send any money the loan had to be funded." Well the loan had been funded basically immediately as it came up on my B of A account instantly. And the tone of "I told you..." was as if he were talking to a child or trying to treat me in a diminutive manner. I pointed out the loan had been funded for weeks and that the DMV told me this is a habit with Dave Smith.... Jeremy kept the xxxxxxxxx coming. Since Dave Smith Motors is the largest Dodge dealership in the world and they're working on the same designation for GM it's easy to see how much interest is earned, or simply liquidity, held by them every month - that should have gone immediately and directly to whatever state the customer lives. More
