Spent 2 days trying to get a price in a truck, I was questioned about phone number, zip code, email, when I to come for a test drive. I even had the vin number on the truck I wanted. I explained to Swanny that I have test driven an exact same truck, all I wanted was a price, he couldn’t do that, excuse after excuse, and still no price given. Price on their website was crossed out, I was told to purchase a truck elsewhere, what kind of dealership won’t answer a simple question. I hope the dealership appreciates his eagerness to make a cash sale, because I will spend my money at another dealership! More

Used to be a really great place to buy and trade for the absolute best price. New ownership has very much changed the culture at this store! I have purchased 6 new vehicles from this store and one would thing my experience would improve with each purchase as I have continued to give them my business. One sales lady lost her patience with me as I couldn’t decide on which color or trim to buy. It was a $77,000 purchase so naturally I wanted to make sure I knew exactly what I wanted. She sent me a text to my phone stating I was wasting her time, she had lost sales because of me and never to come back and waste anyone else’s time. Another sales man was talking to me on a headset while using the bathroom! I called him out on it because I could hear the echo from the bathroom! He said he was almost done and he just had to shake it off! Unprofessional right? The next fun experience was buying a 2024 Jeep Rubicon 392 about 2 months ago. I had purchased this jeep for a price of 88k brand new and quickly traded it in for a different vehicle. Came out ok on that one because MSRP was $92,849 so it ended up being somewhat of a wash. My issue is that they took it in on trade and marked it up for the next consumer for 105k! I understand some dealers do mark up certain rare vehicles but in my opinion this is price gouging especially since I purchased it brand new for 88k less than 2 months ago. This practice doesn’t settle well with me or most consumers for that matter! I will never buy from this store again! There are many things that soured me during my last experience! There is zero customer service once you sign away and drive! They pretend to be your friend but I promise you they are not your buddies! There is no service department with an actual human to answer the phone. Try it if you don’t believe me! The service department is a ghost town! The sale people literally instruct you on how to fill out the survey so they can get paid! It is a high volume store still barely living off the reputation that preceded the new ownership. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere! Trust me don’t get suckered in by their old reputation and absolutely do not talk to Caleb! This guy will play you! He plays the game well and he will have you eating out of his hand until you sign and drive! He says he loves taking care of his customers but that is only as long as you are believing his xx! When you call him out especially after signing and driving he runs and never returns your calls or messages! More

Dave Smith sold me a $80,000 2023 GMC (not a Chrysler because there's no GMC option to select) with the bottom side and engine compartment covered in rust, and I didn't notice until I got home. Instead of giving me my money back, they made us trade it in for a truck we didn't like, and it cost even more money than the one we wanted. I needed a simple radio security code. Lithia Dodge in Kennewick would not return my emails or phone calls. I went in person and they gave me the run around. Service sent me to parts, parts tried to send me back to service. When that failed they told me I would need $55, a VIN and a serial number. When I said I had those, they said "Well, a manager needs to do it and they are doing inventory. I don't know how long it'll be". I took that to mean they didn't want to help me. A five minute call to Dave Smith and we had it sorted for free. More
