Giving my circumstances (I was standing in my driveway watching my old Jeep getting towed away) I couldn't spend time on the internet checking out the details of the different packages so Max literally read through everything that came with the Trailhawk explaining all the while what all the new technology did and how I could adjust it for my driving style. Not to be outdone, Samantha in financing bent over backwards to get me just the right lender and then carefully walked me through all the paperwork and options that are available to Dave Smith customers. No small task! More

This recent trip was the first time we’ve experienced a setback - the vehicle we purchased had a violent shake at 70MPH. This resulted in several hours at the dealer while they tracked down the culprit - which turned out to be a bent wheel. So we didn’t get to drive the truck home. Instead they gave us a very nice truck to borrow while they get ours fixed. They called yesterday and offered to let us pick out an entire brand new set of wheels. xxxx happens.
