OK, with the exception of the trade in experiance OK, Warren did a nice job, knowledgeable on the Ram truck, the trade in experience didn't go as planned and I feel it was set up in advance to reduce OK, Warren did a nice job, knowledgeable on the Ram truck, the trade in experience didn't go as planned and I feel it was set up in advance to reduce the value of my trade leaving me with little option to refute their so called mechanical evaluation being 400 miles away from home. customer service is a joke Their "customer service" is xxxxxxxx! Have to sit in their lobby for over 4 hrs just to sign papers, by the time you actually get your car its dark. So when you get home & notice the next day that there are some issues, they tell you that your screwed & will not take care of you. So before you leave the lot, regardless of anything, make sure you go over your vehicle with a fine tooth comb. The only customer satisfied remarks they want is 100%, anything else you give them is xxxxxxxx (your screwed & will not get any help)! More
