We told them when we would arrive and within five minutes our truck buying paperwork was underway. It didn't take long and we left for home driving a new GMC pick-up. Good experience Worked with salesman Robert DuBois. I would use him again, very friendly and knowledgeable. Surprised the xxxx out of me!!!!!!!!! We was just traveling home from Seattle, and decided to stop in and wish. Well Devin Dubia (Sp) was in the parking lot as well. He just so happened to have the keys to the truck we was wishing for in his pocket. Well we looked and we wished. He took our contact info down and talked with us and found out what we were looking for. He called us the next day, which was a Friday. Got some more info from us, and told us he would call as soon as he had a lender or an offer for us. Well nothing came that day, but he sure made us feel wanted, and made us feel like we was a priority to him. He called us right as he got off work, and to let us know, he didn't forget about us and wanted us to know, when he hears the out come of our credit application, he will be in touch, and that he will call 1st thing in the morning. So now we are onto Sat. he called with good news. He got us into the truck of my dreams. A BLACK 2017 GMC DENALI. FULLY LOADED. We went from wishing to actually driving that baby home. Thanks for the professionalism to Devin, and his friendly manner. Robert and I will be going back to get Roberts truck, and hope to xxxx, he is still there, cause he sure makes the customer feel important and made sure we were comfortable when we were waiting to sign papers.
