He sent us the window sticker and pictures of the truck. When we arrived, James was out, so they gave us another salesman named Kirk who was familiar with the entire sale. It was seamless. They even fed us bbq while we waited for our turn in finance. I was extremely impressed with the ease of the entire process from arrival to drive off. I would highly recommend this dealership to everyone I know, and already have. This experience was unlike any other car ( or truck) buying experience I have ever had. Just great! More

My wife and I were passing through Kellogg, ID on the way to Missoula, MT when we decid I rarely write reviews but Dave Smith service is OUTSTANDING! My wife and I were passing through Kellogg, ID on the way to Missoula, MT when we decided to call Dave Smith about tinting a door window on a 2016 RAM we'd just had replaced. They were able to get us in immediately and on the road again in about 15 minutes! The cost for window tinting the replaced window was $25 less than several quotes I received around Seattle. I don't remember the name of the service person but he was friendly, professional and did a great job on the window. He took the time to explain the process and the wait time for the tint to dry. Also gave me a great tip on fishing the local river! Why can't we have a Dave Smith Dealership around Seattle! ps matches the experience I had purchasing the truck at Dave Smith a year ago!
