Mary was amazing. I've been driving 2nd hand & junk cars for most of the last 15 years of my life & I honestly didn't think I could afford to get a newer model through a dealership with a factory warranty i for most of the last 15 years of my life & I honestly didn't think I could afford to get a newer model through a dealership with a factory warranty intact. I thought I wouldn't get approved. Mary was accommodating every step of the way & so was Dave White Acura in the entire process. I have a 2017 Kia Forte as my car now because she was able to find me financing options. I recommend her highly. More

Scott and the service department were great. Scott explained the issue with my MDX where I understood. Danielle at the front desk was not a pleasant person in our brief encounter. Some of the sales explained the issue with my MDX where I understood. Danielle at the front desk was not a pleasant person in our brief encounter. Some of the sales staff barely looked up from their phone and computer to acknowledge me. Perhaps they didn't think I had a high enough credit score...not sure but I did not get good energy from them. I will not consider this dealership in the future unless I deal with Scott and service.
