One thing we noticed was the good character of Jose when talking to another customer about his car that was being serviced. Jose knelt down next to this older man who was having an "older" vehicle serviced, looked him in the eye, and kept him informed about the progress. Jose's approach was so sincere and we want to compliment him on that.
