The experience started off great with the booking. Communication was clear and ad timely. Follow thru was timely. When we showed up Doug was ready and had the vehicle pulled up for us. Due the late appointment he made sure to pull it into lighting and took time to point out features and possible concerns that we may not have noticed without him. The vehicle was clean and very well priced. When we arrived back from the test drive everything went very well and was timely. The safety protocols for COVID were all in place and being followed by the staff. We truly appreciated the efforts taken by Dave White and Doug Simrell to make the experience excellent .
