Dropped a car off for diagnostics, was told we will be notified in roughly an hour or so. Before we know it the whole work day passes and they close the garage without telling us. Luckily we have a secondary vehicle and could get away without it the next morning, which was a Tuesday work day. I guess it’s bad when you meet a service worker in public and the first thing they ask is “did we mess up your car?” After telling him I use their garage. More

Chronic repetitive problem. Car in shop 4 times now at a cost of $1600-1700 from Dave White. Yet, may not be repaired, time will tell. I hope you have solved this. I felt like from the beginning Racquel had an attitude. My vehicle key was stuck in the ignition when I arrived at Dave White which was the reason I went there. I got out of the car leaving the key in t My vehicle key was stuck in the ignition when I arrived at Dave White which was the reason I went there. I got out of the car leaving the key in the ignition so your people could see it. When vehicle was moved inside building key came right out. They were not able to do anything to my vehicle because it didn't do it to them while the vehicle was at your shop. The car has done it several times since leaving Dave White. Once I move the shifter back and forth the key comes right out. If you did bring it back to Dave White if it was having the issue by the time I got to your place it probably won't do it again. They suggested leaving it at Dave White for a couple of days to see if they can get it to replicate the issue while at Dave White. I am frustrated with the whole issue. I only have less than 17,000 miles on my car and my warranty is up in October, 2024. I am worried that after my warranty is up I will have to pay to have it repaired. Racquel's reply was we want to find the problem because our technician's do not get paid unless they find a problem other wise they wasted there time checking it out. My husband I felt like we were just getting the run around. My husband figured it has to be in the shifter and he is not a GM mechanic..... FYI When I scheduled my appointment - I was told you had a shuttle service and you could take me to my work and pick me up from work and take me to Dave White to pick up my vehicle once done. I used that shuttle to take me to work at 8:00 am. I talked to the gentlemen who said the shuttle quits at 3 pm and that he would not be able to pick me up from work to pick up my vehicle. I work until 5 pm. I had to have my husband get off work early to take me there to pick up my truck. I was checking the status of my repair on your text message status. The status never changed - it was left on what time I dropped my vehicle off. I called 2 times to check on the status. It wasn't until about 3 pm when I ended up getting a reply from Racquel stating they could not find anything wrong with my vehicle. More
Scheduled an appointment for an oil change online. The first available appointment was almost 4 weeks out. I got a call from the service center to get my vin and asked if there was an earlier appointment available. Receptionist rescheduled me. When I showed up for my rescheduled appointment, there was no record that it had been rescheduled. I ended up waiting 2 hours. While I was waiting I heard several employees talking in a not very professional manner. The technician came out and gave me a price for replacing my battery, which I declined. On the bottom of my receipt in the “recommended not done/ declined services” area it states that “customer states battery dead. Replace battery.” I have never had battery issues and did not state this. All around, not a good experience. More
