This was the 5th Dealership my daughter and I visited, looking for a Jeep Wrangler for her. I wish it the 1st one we went to, as I would have saved valuable time and energy. The staff at David Jeep Auto were welcoming and inviting. Our sales professional, John Krieger listened to every word my daughter and I spoke and never used any 'high pressure' tactics. I can honestly say, he made the car buying process fun! Even on a rainy-dreary day, John K. and the rest of the staff took care of us. John held an umbrella over my daughter as he walked us out to the Jeep to test drive. After the test drive, he pulled the Jeep into the service bay, so that we could a full visual inspection without getting soaked. We ended up purchasing an awesome Jeep after David Jeep gave me 'top-dollar' for my trade-in. Once we settled on the price, the customer service did not stop. While I was doing routine paperwork, John K. was busy filling up the tank, washing and wiping down the Jeep, even though it was raining. Customer Service goes a long way with me and the men and women at David Auto-Jeep, bar-none....are the best in the business! No high pressure sales and no numbers game. Other dealerships should learn from David Jeep Auto. We will be returning for ALL of our Jeep service and needs! They earned us as customers for life!
