Dealership is great, service center could be better. Communication was just horrible. I had to keep calling back just to get updates on my car. I was promised a reasonable due time for the work to be do Communication was just horrible. I had to keep calling back just to get updates on my car. I was promised a reasonable due time for the work to be done but it was never met. The service was delayed almost 2 weeks. Had I not called I believe I wouldn’t have known of any delays. I get it, it’s warranty work. I work in the same industry and I make it a priority to keep my customers up to date on the progress of their vehicles. More
