I used to like David dodge but this last experience was awful. I was originally told my stand by appointment would be two to three days max that turned into 7 before they even looked at it. Their best sol awful. I was originally told my stand by appointment would be two to three days max that turned into 7 before they even looked at it. Their best solution was pick up my broken car and make an appointment. Pre this incident they could’ve fit me in for an appointment that Friday but when I called back they said they they had nothing until mid July. The price I was quoted was so high and diagnostic was so expensive it didn’t make sense to have them fix it. I instead went to Brandywine Auto Center who not only gave me a much better price but they had my car back to me that same day. I’ll be taking all future business there More
