I brought my 2020 Grand Cherokee into the Service Department for two issues, one was a headlight. When I picked the car up my husband noticed the headlight was on but appeared too bright. The service reps attempted to reseat the headlight but it wasn’t sitting correctly. They kept the car another day and made sure to correct the problem at no additional charge. I made an appointment on Monday 3/3 for a recall that was on Friday 3/7 at 8:30. When I arrived for the appointment I was told that I missed the appointment on Thursday and so I may not be seen. After the on Friday 3/7 at 8:30. When I arrived for the appointment I was told that I missed the appointment on Thursday and so I may not be seen. After the representative checked, I was able to be seen. I was made to feel like I made the mistake on scheduling and was treated poorly. Please check the call log from Monday to see that I was told the appointment was on Friday, also train representatives to be more understanding that the mistake may not have been made by the customer.
