Gone here a couple times. When there’s no problems everything seems to be great. Just hope you don’t have an issue in how things are supposed to run. Took my car in, told me it was going to be done by the end of the day. Then didn’t hear anything until I called in at 6p to find out my advisor went home and my car wasn’t ready. Have this a 2 because they’re tried to work through the problem a little. But the next 3 days there was poor communication and very little information provided to me. Had to call them multiple times to get information from them. A few of the follow up item that had to be worked through were weird. Seems like no one was willing to pick up the phone and actually call you to talk through the problem. Just relied on text msgs and automated systems that doesn’t provide clear information on what’s going on when there’s issues that need to be worked through. More

My 2021 Jeep told me to service 4x4. I called for appointment told two weeks to get me in but safe to drive. Brought car in told two weeks to get part not safe to drive. Got Enterprise r I called for appointment told two weeks to get me in but safe to drive. Brought car in told two weeks to get part not safe to drive. Got Enterprise rental which was totaled second day. Really has nothing to do with service. I made no fewer than. 6 calls to get updates was told I would be called back never happened. I asked about getting mud flaps on car told to wait for answer. Still waiting. I did finally speak wit Denise the service manager she was terrific and did get back to me. I have car back but I am feeling like I choose wrong dealer and product. I do love the Jeep though. More
