Professional staff, scheduling a service appointment was fast and efficient. I arrived ahead of my appointment time and they checked me in and began diagnosing why my engine light turned on. They stayed it could be the after market air filter and suggested a replacement to a Mopar filter, at a cost of course. I agreed and two hours later was on my back home. Unfortunately the very next day, the engine light turned on again and now I need to return to dealer. I live 50minutes away, one way and already spent money under the pretense the air filter was the issue. Now I need to take another half day or more to diagnose the issue again….somewhat disappointing. It’s a 2022 Ram 2500 with 20k miles. Let’s see if the computers can tell each other what the issue is…. More
