They had me purchase 2 oil changes last time without mentioning an expiration. Did not honor it this visit. The service advisors at David Dodge (specifically Dan and Tyler) need significant training with respect to their customer handling skills. I have purchased several cars/trucks from David Dodge and there is Tyler) need significant training with respect to their customer handling skills. I have purchased several cars/trucks from David Dodge and there is really very little a customer can do when they have a bad service experience. That power dynamic changes when it’s time to buy a new car. It’s then and only then when the customer can hold the dealership accountable. I will be purchasing/leasing 3 new cars in 2023 and I will be sure to factor in my experience with David Dodge’s service department when I begin that process More
