USED CAR ISSUE My husband and I recently purchased 2 used Grand Cherokee Limited vehicles from David's this past April. Sadly my husbands Grand Cherokee has had issu My husband and I recently purchased 2 used Grand Cherokee Limited vehicles from David's this past April. Sadly my husbands Grand Cherokee has had issues since we have had it, 5 days later was in shop, in fact its been in the shop more then we have driven it ourselves. We are PAYING for a vehicle that we don't have!!! We have taken into service and had radio replaced 2 times, and still have the same issue with connectivity, and A/C, Heat temps. Clearly there is an issue with this vehicle and I now don't have any confidence in the reliability for the future of this vehicle. With that said, we last dropped it off on June 27th and to date (7/18/19) they have had our vehicle, when we went to pick it up over a week ago now, it wasn't fixed but was told it was good to go. We sat with the manager of service they all see the issue and are basically stumped in my opinion ... What I don't get is we purchase a CERTIFIED used vehicle which tells me there should be NO issues, how can we have an issue a few days later if it was CERTIFIED? Once more when calling to check on vehicle (7/17/19) I was passed around for 10 minutes while they were looking for Jason Finley, and was eventually hung up on, I also left a message for David and haven't gotten a call back ?? I am unsure why we are getting this treatment, I am to assume its because we didn't buy NEW vehicles, are we not good enough customers for them??? My family has been dealing with Davids for well over 10 years, We have 15 vehicles in my family from Davids, Jeep Wranglers, Cherokees, Durango... The frustration is real and we just want out of this vehicle at this point since its clearly not reliable!!!! More

DAWN + ED = RUBICON! I brought my Wrangler Sahara here for service and was happy with the service dept. When it came time to buy a new Jeep I couldn’t imagine going anywh I brought my Wrangler Sahara here for service and was happy with the service dept. When it came time to buy a new Jeep I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. Dawn stepped in to facilitate my purchase. She got to know me and suggested options that would fit my needs and ordered the Rubicon for me. I was given a new Jeep Wrangler to use while I was waiting for the order. Dawn left no stone unturned in making my experience a pleasant one. More
Frustrasting Went through Express service. Dropped car off around 7:45. I got ride back to work and they said car would be done in around and hour and they would c Went through Express service. Dropped car off around 7:45. I got ride back to work and they said car would be done in around and hour and they would call me when work completed. I did,t need till after 1:00. I called service to verify if car was finished around 12:00, put on hold then said they would call back. After no return call , called again put on hold then forwarded to service manager voice mail. Called again same thing. So I called sales hoping they would care. Shorting after I was called by person who handles Express. He said they don't call, I should have just come over and got it. When I was finally picked up after 2:30 I was upset because now I missed my appointment. Asked to talk to manager but he also made me wait for him. About an hour after I left ,service manger called to apologize, he said he saw I was upset when I was there and it wouldn't happen again. Why didn't he just come over and talk to me then. Next available doctor appointment is in August. This is not my first bad experience there. I'm done. More
