I used this dealership to service my previous Jeep and it was always a good experience. I had to have some service done on my current vehicle and, again, the service department, in particular Ashlee S., did was always a good experience. I went in for an oil change.but I also was have a problem with my trans that I complained about several times ..if it's there for an oil change I is so hard to get someone just to take a ride to hear or feel with my trans that I complained about several times ..if it's there for an oil change I is so hard to get someone just to take a ride to hear or feel the problem..i finally got a tech.to go for a ride after I kept complaining it's goes in on the 9 th of Nov ..i shouldn't have to make 2 appoints just for someone to look or listen to the problem...my name is Vincent Toy ..this same problem happened about 1 yr ago they put in a new valve body in the trans .and now it's starting again. My husband and I were referred to the salesman Mike to help us build our jeeps to order. He was awesome to work and answered any questions we had. He told us it would be a 5-8 week wait. He kept us updated on our jeeps and Friday morning I received the text that my jeep was delivered and he had it cleaned up and ready for me Saturday afternoon I was there for 15 mins signed the paperwork and off I went I’m obsessed with my 2 door Jeep Wrangler sport in the tuscadero pink it’s beautiful and I couldn’t be happier Thank you again Mike you are awesome!!! Highly Recommend More
