Came in for my second oil change and my first tire rotation. Note, I had purchased an oil change and tire rotation package previously. First, I was told I needed to change two filters totaling $130 on rotation. Note, I had purchased an oil change and tire rotation package previously. First, I was told I needed to change two filters totaling $130 on my vehicle, when I’ve only had this vehicle for a year. When I asked to see the filters, the reps face dropped. She came back and explained there was an error and it was not my vehicle that needed the filters but another car that was being serviced there. Second, I was told my vehicle was ready. I asked if the oil change and the rotation of tires was completed, I was told yes. When I get to my vehicle I notice the tires were never rotated (I had kicked one of tires the day before leaving a dust print). After that, I asked to speak to a manager. I truly feel like I was being scammed. Not sure if this the type of business they practice by scamming every other customer, only women or people of color. Never going back there again. But glad I was vigilant. More
