Oil change was performed on our 2018 Dodge Durango SRT. When asked about our low idle speed (~ 500rpm) my wife and I were informed this was normal. Any other Dodge/Jeep vehicle we have owned the idle spe When asked about our low idle speed (~ 500rpm) my wife and I were informed this was normal. Any other Dodge/Jeep vehicle we have owned the idle speed is more typical around 700-800rpm. Therfore I am not certain that a 500rpm idle speed is indeed normal. Would like to have this mattter resolved and or explained in further detail. Our 2018 Dodge Durango SRT is still under the manufacturer vehicle warranty. More
