2 1/2 hours for an oil change (no tire rotation), just an oil change that I had an appointment for???? I was never offered an explanation or even approached. Zero stars if possible. I was texted two months after i got an oil change and inspection to pay for the oil change. I paid 180 dollars the day of the appointment on February 20th and on April 21st i get a got an oil change and inspection to pay for the oil change. I paid 180 dollars the day of the appointment on February 20th and on April 21st i get a text saying I need to pay another 89 dollars for the oil change because there was a “hiccup” at checkout. Ridiculous. More
