I was less than pleased with my visit to David Dodge’s service center. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. I was under the assumption that I had an oil change package before I entered the servi service center. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. I was under the assumption that I had an oil change package before I entered the service lane. I found out that nothing was showing under my VIN. I was asked if instill wanted the oil change. My response was “Yes” BUT, not before being informed of the cost of service. I asked the service representative (Daniel Komisarek to inform me of the oil change and tire rotation cost BEFORE starting the work. He let me know the cost AFTER beginning the work in which case I was stuck letting the service center perform the service. In fact, he only visited me in the waiting room to let me know they had already begun the work. I AGAIN, asked what the cost was and was told it would be approximately $118. My intentions were to bring my vehicle back in a day or two when the oil change package was showing under my VIN. He was pretty rude and didn’t care about the inconvenience he caused. When I let him know I wasn’t satisfied, he “shrugged” me off and directed me to the cashier’s desk. Please note: I am giving my service advisor one star, ONLY to identify him as my service advisor. This does NOT in a any way acknowledge satisfaction with the service I received on March 29, 2021. Please see my response to the text message David Dodge sends when you enter the service center.
