I had a 10am appointment for an oil change. I watched many people for express come and go during the 2 hour 30 minute time I had to wait for my car to get done. I left close to 1pm. They tried saying I didn't have the correct lug lock, which came with my lease and never left my glove compartment. I normally have a great experience here, not this time.
