In my experience the service department doesn’t read what you write down on the drop off service envelope. I believe they just put that computer on the Jeep and does what it says. Had to bring my car in for an oil leak which turned out to be residual oil from an oil change. Dealer is about 30 minutes away so I’ll have a total of 2 hours driving for what seems to be a sloppy oil chan to be residual oil from an oil change. Once again disappointed with service. Do not plan to visit ever again. They ordered the wrong part to fix a recall. Found correct elsewhere and claimed it would be overnighted and repaired promptly. Came a day late and no staff were scheduled to work on my car when the part arrived and it would have been two more days until addressed due to a holiday. I was not notified. I called to check on repair status and only then did they bring in staff to repair. More
