new tires I called an made an appointment to have new tires put on my jeep and have the oil changed. There was a great deal, buy 3 get one for $1, and I was sch I called an made an appointment to have new tires put on my jeep and have the oil changed. There was a great deal, buy 3 get one for $1, and I was scheduled for the very next day. I waited in the waiting area for two hours and then was told it would still be a while. Apparently there was a back-up in the computer alignment line. At 3 hours I got my car back, new tires aligned, but they never changed my oil. I called the service desk and was offered a free oil change. I bought my vehicle at your dealership and return to have all my work done. Sometimes things take a while, so this was an unusual experience, but I'm still disappointed. More
