Just OK I wasn't really blown away by the experience there. What happened to the days when a sales person went over the vehicle and explained things to you?? I asked about seeing the checklist for what was done to the vehicle and was told by salesman "I'll look into that". Needless to say, I never did see it. The financing person was so busy/ overwhelmed that I had to sit and wait for an hour or so till it was my turn to sign paperwork. Then it was rush, rush. Not really impressed at all. Love my Compass though.. More

Recall/Oil Change I scheduled an 8 am appointment to perform the recall on my 2018 Jeep Wrangler. Once there I also asked them to do an oil change and multi point ins I scheduled an 8 am appointment to perform the recall on my 2018 Jeep Wrangler. Once there I also asked them to do an oil change and multi point inspection. No problem. I wanted to wait so I used the lounge which has coffee, refreshments, and snacks as well as TVs and phine charger abilities. Everything I need. The service only took about 40 minutes and I was on my way, I've had nothing but good experience with this service depatment. I definitely recommend this dealership for service, More
Warranty not honored Because of working 2 jobs, I had to make an appt well in advance for a Saturday. Jeep owners get 2 free oil changes within 2 years thanks to the Jeep Because of working 2 jobs, I had to make an appt well in advance for a Saturday. Jeep owners get 2 free oil changes within 2 years thanks to the Jeep Wave program. My Jeep Wave membership expired the Friday before the appointment (literally the day before the appointment) and they would not honor the free oil change even though I made the appointment well in advance of the expiration. Then they charged me $116 for the oil change and tire rotation. You can easily get this same service for $20 at Firestone. Will never be back. More
