Radio/Electronics I have been in the service center 5 times and still have issues. I was given a loaner each time from Enterprise that cost me money for a factory issu I have been in the service center 5 times and still have issues. I was given a loaner each time from Enterprise that cost me money for a factory issue with a brand new 2019 Ram Limited that financed was over 70K I have not been offered a radio, only updates and none have worked radio cuts off, goes black, will not hold radio stations At this point for the money I spent I should be given a new radio not promised another update when it comes out I missed a total of 10 hours of work due to the multiple visits Disappointed for the amount of money I spent, this is a true shame and obvious issue with the new large screen radio they have been putting in More

Never Again! I have a Dodge Citadel that is about to hit 100k miles. I have loved that car and really wanted to buy another to replace this one. I took my curren I have a Dodge Citadel that is about to hit 100k miles. I have loved that car and really wanted to buy another to replace this one. I took my current vehicle to be serviced and get into top shape before selling. Michael gave me an estimate of 2k for service (there was a lot of work that needed to be done, but some was optional). I approved and upon return to retrieve my vehicle was given a bill for 4k. I objected immediately but had to pay in order to get my car back and was told that they would review the call where I was given the estimate and call me back immediately. Nobody called me for over a week so I escalated it to the manager, Jason. He did respond promptly and offered me a $600 refund, which I took just to avoid having to deal with these people ever again. Instead of continued service income and the purchase of a $60k vehicle, I will instead buy from another brand as I cannot trust that I will not be swindled again by the service department. More

I bought 2 Jeeps here! John Krieger is an awesome salesman. He knows the vehicles. I have never met a salesman when buying a car that new the answers without having to look John Krieger is an awesome salesman. He knows the vehicles. I have never met a salesman when buying a car that new the answers without having to look some of it up. He is not pushy. He will tell you straight up what he can and can't do. He makes you feel comfortable in your purchase. I hate going thru the whole car buying purchase, John makes it much less painful. I hope he is still there when I am ready to buy my next car. A positive unexpected dealer experience I must say that I am in awe of the buying process at David Auto! On the day I purchased my 2019 Dodge Durango SRT, I arrived for a pre-scheduled test I must say that I am in awe of the buying process at David Auto! On the day I purchased my 2019 Dodge Durango SRT, I arrived for a pre-scheduled test drive of my new vehicle at 2:45pm. The vehicle was ready for the test drive. By 3:15pm we were back at the dealership and immediately sat down to start the paperwork process. I came to this dealership knowing exactly the vehicle I wanted after doing extensive research on-line. During the the paperwork process my Sales person John Krieger kept me informed of the processes to get my new car ready to take home and the loan approval process. During the financial approval process, John was on the phone in touch with my auto insurance agent getting my insurance card to me before I left the dealership. I was also introduced to the Service Dept and other customer related areas in the dealership. As of 4:30pm all the paperwork was signed and I was on way home with my new purchase. That was one hour and 45 minutes since I arrived for my test drive. That was an Amazing dealership experience. Every vehicle I have purchased over the last forty years, it took around 8 hours of sitting in a dealership twittling my thumbs to purchase a vehicle.
