Jason, I hate being put in a position to name employees, and truth be told, I was so taken back by the blatant deceit of the service, I wasn't paying attention to names. The last service was on 2/4/2019, that should help you see who checked me in, serviced (rather didn't service) the vehicle, and who checked me out. I came in for an oil change, was told my fluids would be checked and my tire pressure. Which was good, as my tire pressure was really askew in 1 tire in particular. The bill came, and I was charged for a tire rotation. I didn't ask for it, but thought ok...its $24.00, I guess it needed it, got in my car and drove off. Decided to bask in my now proper tire pressure, checked it, and noticed it hadn't changed, was still askew, and in the exact numbers, prior to service. I decide to stop, get out, and check to see if the Tac, that has been in my back left tire, was now in front, nope, same back left tire. I drove back to the dealership, where they proceeded to tell me that the tire pressure takes a couple of miles to recalibrate. Lying again! As, I can tell you from first hand experience, Ive watched it change in real time while air was being put in, not to mention the evidence of the tac. Not to mention, while I was getting my bill adjusted, they took the car again, to adjust the air pressure, and it came back to me, without having been driven for a couple of miles, and the tire pressure was miraculously adjusted! As far as the foul language, the first time this happened, it was an employee yucking it up with a customer they knew, sat down in the waiting area with them, and proceeded to drop the "F" word in every sentence, with no regard to the numerous people sitting directly around them, don't know the employees name, but they were in sales. The 2nd instance, the very loud argument, an employee was having over the phone, of a personal nature, littered with "Are you "F"'ing kidding me", at least a half dozen times, and "F"'ing this, that or the other, took place on 2/4/2019. The employee was in an office adjacent to the waiting room, so I never saw who it was. But all of us in the waiting room that morning, had no choice but to wonder aloud, how this person could possibly think this was acceptable. I have had to write Dave himself twice regarding the horrible experiences with his dealership. And, each time I hear how "this isn't acceptable", and "we don't tolerate", and we will do "this, that or the other". It obviously never happens. I highly doubt anything will change with your dealership. Oh, and just a side note, the sticker they place on your windshield, that complimentary reminder for your next oil change...happens to read 117K....my car has under 12K miles on it.
