Had a nice sales guy, a crappy sales manager that screwed him out of a sale only to call us later in the week and give us the deal that we initially wanted to make (it was a very fair request, but the guy refused to budge off of price OR trade in value) which wasted our time. They got us a competitive interest rate, and promptly took care of a recall issue. However, the constant emails, phone calls, and finally texts from finance company...no thanks. It’s a transaction. It wasn’t the most pleasant. We’ve got a monthly reminder for the next six years in the form of payments. Imagine if your local pizza shop kept at it for weeks after you bought a pie? You wouldn’t go there again. More

We recently moved from NC at which time we has a great relationship with a BMW dealer. We only drove BMWs as a result of the great connection we had with the dealer. After moving to DE, we did not feel at home with the local BMW dealers but quickly found a new home with David dodge. We now have 2 new Jeeps and are really pleased with our experiences at Davids doge (service and buying). More
Liars, Charged for Service did not Do! I have had nothing but problems with this service department, and the dealership. From foul language in the service area waiting room, 2 different occ I have had nothing but problems with this service department, and the dealership. From foul language in the service area waiting room, 2 different occasions now, by employees, not guests, being lied to, charged for services I didn't ask for, they didn't do. Its really disgraceful. And when I asked for my money back on the service, that wasn't performed, I had to listen to them complain about how difficult it was to credit my card. Unbelievable. I have a lease, I cannot wait to get out of it, and cut all reference to this dealership out of my life!! More
Don't Believe Everything the Commercials Promise Good morning Mr. Kelleher: Thank you for reaching out and thanking me for becoming part of your auto family. Unfortunately, I wish I never did. A Good morning Mr. Kelleher: Thank you for reaching out and thanking me for becoming part of your auto family. Unfortunately, I wish I never did. At the beginning of my search, I started talking to Alyssa Pyle through emails and text messages, which was great. Last Thursday, I talked to her all day long about the Jeep that I was interested in, filled out paperwork online so that the process wouldn't take so long, as I would have my 9 year old daughter with me. She assured me everything worked out and I would be in and out in no time. After picking my daughter up from school, we can straight to your dealership. We arrived about 5:10pm. I walked into your show room and asked for Alyssa to then be told that she had left for the day already. That should have been my first instinct to turn around and walk out the door. I was then passed to Gary Celotto, who did his best to help me out, but I was basically thrown at him and he had no clue as to anything that had happened and been accomplished between Alyssa and I. Gary had me test drive a Jeep Cherokee Limited, which was very nice and I truly enjoyed that vehicle. When we got back to you dealership and the numbers were ran, I was looking at an almost $700/month car payment. As I had explained to Alyssa, I was in the process of going through a divorce, a single mother, and the car that I was trading in was not going to last much longer and I needed some more reliable. The vehicle that I wanted, a 2018 Jeep Cherokee that had only 2,000 miles, was perfect and was assured that it would be there when I got there to test drive it. When I got there, I was then told that this particular vehicle had been sold and no longer available to me. I have attached a picture of this vehicle for you. Gary then had me test drive the Jeep Compass, which is a nice car as well. We come back to your showroom and waited almost 2 hours for your finance person to run some numbers and speak with banks about financing. When I asked about some options, like power seats, I was told I was not eligible for them and need to stick with the bare bones of the model. Talk about a slap in the face and almost a personal attack to my character, as if I wasn't good enough to own a vehicle with power seats. Once again, I should have walked out the door and found another Jeep dealership. It was now 8pm...mind you, myself and my 9 year old daughter had been sitting there for 3 hours, after being promised we would be in and out, was not offered a drink, had not had dinner yet and we were both getting frustrated. Jan finally makes time for me, and we go back to her office to talk numbers. She talks about a mile a minute, and quite frankly, I have no clue what she was even explaining to me or trying to force me to purchase. Again, what part of going through a divorce and single mother did anyone not understand? After signing about 100 papers, I was handed the keys and told good luck - meanwhile, leaving with a car payment of $550. I am still trying to figure this vehicle out and its features. I was given a packet of information of the options that it is offered, such as SiriusXM Radio for 1 year, told only find out that this vehicle does not come equipped with satellite radio and therefore I am not eligible for this promotion. Another time where your dealership promised me the SiriusXM Radio for a year promotion, to once again be disappointed and made to feel like it was too good for me to have as an option. One of the reasons why I even choose to look at your dealership is because of your commercials and all the promises you make and how genuine you are in those commercials. I do believe you are a genuine person and do whatever you can to make your customers or potential customers happy. On this day though, I felt like I got the wool pulled over my eyes, no one was understanding my situation, and the vehicle that I truly wanted and was promised that afternoon that it was still available was sold, and no one even gave me the decency to let me know. Then, to be put into a Jeep Cherokee Limited to test drive, then be told I did not qualify for that vehicle and let's look at the Compass. It was like being told you can have lobster, then the waiter coming back and saying sorry, you aren't good enough for the lobster, but you can purchase some frozen shrimp. It truly blows my mind to be told that night that power seats is not an option I can have in order to purchase a vehicle. POWER SEATS?!? I honestly wish you had been there last Thursday night so that I could have spoken with you face to face, but I wanted to make you aware of my "experience" at your dealership. More
