They ruined my brand new SRT and refused to remedy! I leased a brand new SRT. I had them install springs which they put on backwards which ruined the suspension of the vehicle. I have had it to their dealership 14 times to try to repair the damage but still having major suspension problems! Constant warning “service active dampening system” and total suspension failure. They admit 100% that it was their fault but refuse to buyback vehicle or reimburse me. My dealing with the service manager Bob have been a nightmare. I advise anyone thinking about getting a new vehicle at David’s or getting repairs done to stay away. They only care about making the sale, they certainly don’t care about you as a customer and their business ethics and customer service are sub par! I gave them every opportunity to make things right however this has only garnered me more aggravation and a vehicle that has no suspension because of their reckless and careless workmanship! More
