Wonderful Service Center I dropped my truck early afternoon the DAY BEFORE my scheduled appointment, as that was the only time I could get a ride home. I knew I would need to have the shuttle pick me up on the day OF my appointment. To my astonishment, Tyler (Service Rep) called 2.5 hours later advising my the repairs for recall notices was completed. . . THE DAY BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT. Astonished! Everyone is very friendly. Drop off took 4 minutes, at worse. Pick up . . . within 7 minutes, I was on the road again. The Service Center has the routine down pat. More

The real car-buying experience I want to start this review by saying the car-buying experience is becoming a true rarity. Dealers seem more interested in a fast-food menu approach I want to start this review by saying the car-buying experience is becoming a true rarity. Dealers seem more interested in a fast-food menu approach , where you come in and look at what they have, they tell you a price, and you pay that price (less dealer incentives, rebates, and your trade-in). This place was a return to true normalcy for buying a car. I was greeted at the front desk and introduced to my salesman who had already pulled the car I was interested to the front of the lot. He was knowledgeable about the model and trim I wished to purchase, and showed me most of the in-depth features and some that may have gone overlooked in a normal test-drive (can't remember the last time someone had me do a tight 360 BEFORE I thought to do it). And with pricing, negotiation was reasonable. I'm not exactly sure what the negative connotation towards price negotiations are all about (you should be willing to walk if you're not paying what you want), and the it is part of playing the game, as well as giving yourself time to price check at multiple dealerships. But these guys called back to see if they were still able to give me the price I wanted on the Jeep I was looking at. They met what I had asked, and I bought. Best car-buying experience I had to date -- bar none. More
