He took the time to understand what we were looking for in a vehicle and even showed us different models that provided us a range of options. We did ultimately go with the Pacifica. The sale was a very low pressure, friendly experience. Other dealers may play games, but Sharif was straight forward, honest, and open as to the options available to us. We both left the deal happy with the vehicle and financing option we selected. He definitely made the car buying process fun.
