Experience got off to a rocky start due to the vehicle not being on the lot after I told them I would be there at a certain time to see it and I was encouraged to come in. Sharif Mosley was my sales person. He had no idea the vehicle was not available to see, he offered to bring it to my workplace on his day off which he did. I consider this excellent customer service. Sharif was personable, knowledgeable about the vehicle even though it wasn't a Jeep, Dodge or Chrysler product. When I decided to purchase the vehicle, Sharif even offered to deliver it and do the paperwork at home. My husband and I were fortunate to be able to meet the owner of the dealership whom made you feel comfortable with your purchase and was also very personable. I would highly recommend David Dodge and Sharif Mosley if you are looking for a vehicle in the future. More

The original tires still had pl Took my 2017 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited 75th Anniversary Edition in for new tires today, wipers and a replacement radio. The original tires still had plenty of tread left, but I wanted to switch to an all-season Michelin Defender for the upcoming winter. The radio had an update glitch for the navigation that Jared Manny discovered during my last service, or otherwise would have went undetected. As usual Shann Thomas spoke to me about my appointment, and without any wait my vehicle was on a lift. He is always a gentleman and treats me and my family great. If you want a knowledgeable mechanic that checks EVERYTHING while your car is there, look no further than Jared. I decided to put sound dampeners on the interior panels, and Jimmy O'Donnell in the Parts Department ordered them for me, as well as finding me a 15% coupon online to save me some money! Ever heard of a car dealership do that before?!?! I could not have asked for smoother service appointment, or have been treated better. Thanks David Dodge More

Where to begin... getting the runaround about where my truck was, not fixing the issues they caused, taking entirely too long for an oil change (well over an hour), showing up for a scheduled recall appointment only to be told they didn't have the parts when I got there, damaging my tailgate to the point of it needing to be repainted and trying to hide that, being told I was getting 2 years of free oil changes only to have that changed to 1 year without notice, and they either don't listen to the customer or they just don't care. More

Unbelievable I have never had a good experience at David, since my 2009 Journey was new Luckily it came with a lifetime power train warranty. I had an issue with I have never had a good experience at David, since my 2009 Journey was new Luckily it came with a lifetime power train warranty. I had an issue with the timing belt/chain. I don’t know which, or the difference! All I know is, we had to fight with them for over a week to get them to even agree that I had the warranty. Then they told Me the repairs were not covered, when my meticulously highlighted(by the Salesman) warranty book said it was. Really long story short, they finally agreed the repair should be covered, but the car left the shop with no fluid in the engine, hence it over heated & I had to have it towed, at my expensive. There was also a Loose bolt , which we told them was loose, when we went back after the overheating, said they fixed it & now it is no longer in the car. Will never ever purchase a car from them again. Will still have to use them for warranty work but nothing else. More

Horrible and they owe me money They did an oil change and didn't put the cap on right so it leaked all the oil I Paige for so I had to fix it. They didn't have the proper equipment to fix a recall and they installed a faulty cruise control module. This place is terrible and a joke of adealership. More
