Oil change and recalls I brought my vehicle in to the service center for an oil change and 2 factory recalls. I was late to my appointment and they still took me same day. I decided to wait for my vehicle and was told it would be about 2.5 hours for everything. They had me out of there in under 2 hours. The staff there is phenomenal. Always pleasant and professional. They're quick and attentive. And the waiting area is more of a lounge area. Top notch all the way around. More
Frustrated, beyond pissed off, worst service received This was the worst service received from David Dodge. Went in for an oil change and recall update and left with my truck covered in oil (YES, COVERED This was the worst service received from David Dodge. Went in for an oil change and recall update and left with my truck covered in oil (YES, COVERED IN OIL) inside and out of my truck. Unfortunately, I did not notice the oil all over the engine compartment until I got home. I did see and brought it to the attention of the ladies behind the counter. I asked to have my steering wheel at least cleaned, no one seemed to care at all. I am sorry, but If I just left your service department, you should have cared at least a little. When I got home and really looked over my truck I noticed oil all over the side of my truck, the front of my truck, on my running boards and when I opened the hood.... OMG, complete mess... What did the service guy bath in the stuff. So, needless to say I was not happy as well as my husband was not happy. My husband (Alfred) called and requested to speak with the service manager, I believed he spoke with Bob. Bob was very nice and apologized and said he knew who the service person was that worked on my truck and said he would speak to him. Bob also offered a free oil change for the next time. It was nice that Bob offered the free oil change and sounded this he cared. But, still I am NOT HAPPY at all with the treatment my truck as will as I was treated when I said something about having oil all over the inside of my truck. I have been taking my vehicles to David Dodge for a while now, I left another dealer ( the dealer I purchased all my vehicles from) because of the bad service I received from them and came to David Dodge service because I always received good service. But now I am soured by this and am not sure what I will do when I need service in the future. More

Outstanding Customer Service I came into your dealership on 12/7 to look at a beautiful blue 2015 Ram 1500 I found on the internet. It all started with Lisa, who called me back, w I came into your dealership on 12/7 to look at a beautiful blue 2015 Ram 1500 I found on the internet. It all started with Lisa, who called me back, was extremely pleasant, and helped me set up an appointment to see it last night. When I came in, I was introduced to Sharif Mosley. From there, the experience only got better. We took the truck for a test ride, and spent the next while working with Jason Finley to get a deal done. I had a payment in mind that I couldn’t exceed. Quite honestly I didn’t think the deal would happen, and I told Sharif that since I was upside down on my 2011 Grand Cherokee. To my surprise, and a very nice surprise, between Jason and Sharif they were able to make the deal happen. I put down exactly what I wanted, and the payments were where I wanted to be monthly. With all the problems in the world today, it was a pleasure to come into your dealership. From the first minute I was there, I was greeted, and treated tremendously. I want you to know that because of your valued staff, I was able to get a vehicle I wanted, and the payments I wanted. Sharif and Jason made this possible, and I couldn’t be happier. You should be extremely proud of your staff, especially the three I dealt with. I wanted to thank you personally. I know that attitude starts with you and trickles down to all the staff. Trust me, I will recommend Sharif to anyone who asks where I got my truck. Thank you so much for how I was treated, and please make sure to thank all three of them for me as well. A buddy of mine had recommended I stop by and talk to Steve as the lease on my Honda at that point was up. Steve was a huge help and after coming in and test driving a couple of Grand Cherokee’s I made my decision. I decided to leave David Dodge and lease an Audi, rookie mistake!! Fast forward 3 years, the lease on my Audi is coming to a close and my same buddy says “you should go back and see Steve.” So that exactly what I did and after driving just about every model on the lot I decided on a Dodge Ram Big Horn Crew Cab. I don’t think I can ever go back to a small vehicle, the truck is awesome and the overall experience at David Dodge was just as good. Steve was great, he walked me through the Durango, the Grand Cherokee and The Ram and back to the Grand Cherokee and even though I’m sure that was annoying as xxxx he was never pushy!! Then when it came down to the final decision the finance team was awesome in helping me get the deal I was looking for!! Overall, my experience was great and I would/have recommended David Dodge to friends and family and look forward to dealing with them again when my lease comes to a close. More
