Best service department and team I've ever met!!!! I am consistently surprised by how fantastic the service department is run at this dealership. I moved from Florida so didn't purchase my vehicle I am consistently surprised by how fantastic the service department is run at this dealership. I moved from Florida so didn't purchase my vehicle there but, when I need a new vehicle, I will be buying it from here based on the Service alone. They make the entire process so easy by sending reminders and offering pull up service where a team is ready to greet you, confirm what you need done and take your car. On pickup, they'll have the car and invoice ready so its a a quick process. I love the dedicated person that makes sure you have everything you need and keep you updated if something unexpected comes up during repairs. The entire staff is friendly, professional and really on their game. WELL DONE!! More

Exceptional Customer Service, no gimmicks! THE BEST! I arrived at the dealership having had a conversation or two with Mr. Kelleher and one of his staff, Ms. Lisa DiCostanzo. I spent the day working wit I arrived at the dealership having had a conversation or two with Mr. Kelleher and one of his staff, Ms. Lisa DiCostanzo. I spent the day working with a variety of staff who were responsible for all the details of ensuring that I received a dependable vehicle that would take me through future winters with ease and keep me on the road to do my pro bono work. By that afternoon, I was test driving a great vehicle -- and I was still expecting something to go wrong like it always did, but NO WAY! Dave said he was my dealer but I just didn't know it, and HE WAS RIGHT! I was treated with respect, everyone was kind and friendly, and they assisted me with every question I had. I went in with a car that was on its last legs and drove out with a car I never thought I'd get! My new vehicle was offered protections from stem to stern and more, and pricing that was within my budget. The Dealership mechanics are available to tweak anything that is needed and answer any questions. From the first email until today, I have been totally supported in my purchase.
