Great experience! I had to bring my car in for service - turns out it needed a new rear. The rear was covered under warranty and it only cost me $100. Disappointed in my first car service This was my first car service, in which I only went in for an oil change. What I thought was going to be the express/ quick lane, ended up over 2 hour This was my first car service, in which I only went in for an oil change. What I thought was going to be the express/ quick lane, ended up over 2 hours. After one hour I went to the service desk to see what was taking so long. Nothing was said. No one never came to the waiting room to express why I had a long wait. It wasn't until my second inquiry it was explained why the long wait. More

Car still broken Had my car for over a week- did nothing but drive it. I spent 150 dollars on a rental. If they couldn’t fix it they should have told me.
