Lack of comunication came in to have a recall fixed, you knew I was coming in on that date yet you gave the block to fix the tail gate to someone else instead of holding came in to have a recall fixed, you knew I was coming in on that date yet you gave the block to fix the tail gate to someone else instead of holding it for me. so it did not get fixed and you just wasted my time. Sharif Mosley was my sales person. He had no idea the vehicle was not available to see, he offered to bring it to my workplace on his day off which he did. I consider this excellent customer service. Sharif was personable, knowledgeable about the vehicle even though it wasn't a Jeep, Dodge or Chrysler product. When I decided to purchase the vehicle, Sharif even offered to deliver it and do the paperwork at home. My husband and I were fortunate to be able to meet the owner of the dealership whom made you feel comfortable with your purchase and was also very personable. I would highly recommend David Dodge and Sharif Mosley if you are looking for a vehicle in the future. More
