Friendly, Professional, Thorough and Easy! I took my Jeep Grand Cherokee in for its 30,000 mile scheduled maintenance appointment, which I had scheduled through David's website. The vehicle also needed an interior trim piece in the cargo area and the passenger side washer fluid nozzle replaced. I was promptly greeted by a service advisor who confirmed everything that I'd noted needed to be done. They then walked me over to the Enterprise desk that they have onsite where I picked up my rental car (my warranty on the JGC pays for a rental) and went about my day. When they found that one of the items I'd asked to have replaced wouldn't be covered by the warranty, the service advisor that I'd dealt with in person that morning texted me saying so, which I appreciated. It's also great to have a continuous chain of communication for your service appointment, meaning that I only communicated with the service advisor who I'd met that morning, not three other people each time I had a question or something; one person, from drop-off to pick-up! They were also able to tell me that my vehicle wouldn't be ready that night since they had to order a part but they confirmed with me that I'd be able to hold onto my rental and that the part would be in the next day, which it was. I picked the vehicle up the next day and everything was done correctly and they were apologetic that it wasn't done in one day, which I had absolutely no problem with! I love that they have iPads that link to an OBD reader that gets plugged into your vehicle so that you don't have to remember the exact mileage, tell them of any "check engine lights", or actually give them any information about your vehicle since they get it all through the sensor. Not only that, they also are able to pull up everything that you sent them that needed to be done when you made the appointment, which saves you from having to go over everything again when you drop-off your vehicle. After watching my brother deal with a crap Dodge/Jeep dealer in Lansdale, I'm glad that I have a Jeep dealer with an outstanding service department so close to me (I'm in Wilmington, Delaware which is only about ten minutes from David). More

Lights were flashing to service different things and the check engine light was flashing but the car wouldn’t start. I called David Dodge to ask what to do. They said I’d need to tow it in but Roadside would cover towing to the nearest dealer. My expectations were low due to a prior experience with Roadside, but I called. Abigail (pretty sure that’s the right name), was Awesome. She took all of my info. Shortly after, I received a text saying On Time Tow would be to me within the hours. I didn’t feel confident that would happen but I waited patiently. With min about 15-20 minutes from the text, Tom arrived from On Time. I was shocked at such a quick response. Tom set up my car and provided me a pleasant ride to David Dodge. I saw Paul to let him know my car arrived. He said they would get a quick look to let me know if it would be something I could wait for, like a battery, or something longer. I didn’t even have time to get a coffee in the terrific waiting lounge before I was informed it was just a battery and I would be on my way soon. It was my vacation day and while it wasn’t how I expected to spend it, all 3 companies made a it a great day. Thanks to all of you!! More

I'm not an idiot and I definitely know what I want and I'm not bowing down. I met Sharif at GMC 3 years ago when I leased my GMC Terrain. He was the only one I trusted and always joked that if he left GMC, I'd be leaving as a customer. I sent him multiple referrals and everyone that I sent purchased a car from him. He was honest, upfront and didn't try to play me. In 3 years my family purchased/leased 4 vehicles from him directly, as well as a friend who leased 2 vehicles. My GMC lease was quickly expiring and I had to make a quick decision on what I wanted to do. Keep the Terrain or go with a new vehicle. If I went with a new vehicle, do I stay with GMC or look elsewhere? I LOVED my GMC Terrain, however, GMC thought it was a good idea to totally change the body style and make the inside smaller. Not a fan at all of the new Terrain model. I test drove the GMC Acadia, but didn't necessarily need that much bigger of an SUV. Sharif knew right away that I wasn't a fan of the new Terrain and told me if it didn't feel right, don't do it. I appreciated the fact that he continued to stand up for me, even if it meant a loss in a new car sale. Fast forward a couple months and I reached out to him regarding a new car. To my shock, GMC stupidly let him leave and go to a new dealership. I always told him I'd follow wherever he went, and it lead me to David Dodge in Glen Mills. Honestly, I've NEVER wanted a Jeep, just wasn't anything I was interested in, nor did I think I could afford. I told him I'd come in and see what was there, but I really didn't think I'd be interested in buying. Sharif just appreciated the fact that I'd be willing to come in just to give him a shot at the new dealership. Well let me tell you, David Dodge dealership really impressed me. From the large, comfy waiting area, the huge bathrooms (hey, I notice these things!) and tons of delicious snacks they have out for free, this place was already a HUGE upgrade over my last dealership. I told Sharif what I was looking for and what I wanted to spend. He spent several hours with me test driving and letting me walk around the lot to see what caught my eye. I ended up falling in love with the Grand Cherokee, again, wasn't even interested in it to begin with. Once I got behind the wheel of the beast of a V6, I knew it had to be mine! The finance office ran numbers and we went back and forth, but in the end it just wasn't going to work for me. Sharif asked me to give him a chance to see what he could do and he'd be in touch. A few days later, Sharif not only got me the price I wanted, he had already located the exact color Jeep I wanted at another dealership. When I say I was floored, I truly mean it. To have someone go so far above and beyond just speaks volumes. Within a couple of days I was in my new ride driving all over town. An enormous thank you goes out to Sharif Mosley, Jason Finley & Jim Atkins. If it wasn't for you guys, I'd still be riding around in my 4 cylinder and be getting stuck in the upcoming winter snow. It's also amazing that they have night and weekend hours for their service department. I've never found an auto shop, let alone a dealership that offers late night hours during the week and is opened so late on a Saturday! It's really helpful, especially when you work regular 9-5 hours during the week. Please go see Sharif and let him know I sent you. You will not be disappointed, he treats you like family! More

Oil change in the Express Lane This has got to be the nicest waiting area in any dealership! I has a big screen TV (3 actually) in the waiting room.
