My only wish was that I knew of the towing package prior to purchasing the truck I did not know it didn’t exist, if I would’ve known that I would’ve asked for to be installed before purchase so I could put the cost into the truck and not have to have more money out of pocket . I got what I was looking for. Good experience, I thought it took too long, I was there for over 3 hours but made a decision to purchase in about 30 minutes. Best dealership in the area Sales staff is very knowledgeable about the vehicles and easy to negotiate with. Finance department is quick and efficient. Service department is well trained, thorough and diligent about their job. The showroom is spacious and clean. They have a snack bar with complimentary snacks and beverages while you are waiting. I do think they need more space on the outside lot to maneuver vehicles around. More
