Also for sales I found my truck for $1,000 cheaper 30 miles away after David dDodge would or couldn't move any further on price. I have had some service that was charged but not performed, once I revealed the issue they apologized and refunded the money with a gift certificate. Those things happen with bigger dealerships working on volume though. All in all its a good dealership that I would recommend..just don't be in a hurry and ensure the work...they will work with you. More

Kristen who is in internet sales was the first step to coming in. She was very helpful and eased my mind that she understood my situation. I had her cell number at my finger tips if I needed to talk to her prior to coming in. Their sales manager Bill was awesome and definitely was the "magic" man! I had a very sticky situation and he was able to work his magic and get me into my dream car. It was an unbelievable experience! Jan their finance manager was wonderful also! She eased my mind and got me through the process with no stress. Brian in sales was very knowledgeable in reviewing everything in the jeep for me and was very helpful! Dave my sales person was also helpful in keeping me calm with finalizing everything! He assured me they were doing their best, and they definitely did!!! I had a bad experience at another dealer and I know now it happened for a reason and brought me to David Dodge! I also loved their latte machine! Thank you for everything! I love my Jeep Grand Cherokee!!! More

Shann Thomas in Service is a gentleman and always remembers me in spite of seeing thousands of customers. Mechanic Jared Manny knows so much about his profession that it's like he has memorized every owner's manual. Their Parts Department has never let me down, and Jamar Brooks always finds me great deals for new tires. If their not in stock, he gets them ordered fast and follows up with a courtesy call to remind me they are ready to be installed. Surprised? Not at all, it is the type of treatment I get every time I deal with David Dodge. THE BEST DEALERSHIP IN EVERY ASPECT IMAGINABLE!!! More

They make the entire process so easy by sending reminders and offering pull up service where a team is ready to greet you, confirm what you need done and take your car. On pickup, they'll have the car and invoice ready so its a a quick process. I love the dedicated person that makes sure you have everything you need and keep you updated if something unexpected comes up during repairs. The entire staff is friendly, professional and really on their game. WELL DONE!! More
