Horrible Service Came in for a easy repair that should’ve taken an hour-two hours max but it took five and a half hours. They had a damaged part yet they told me they order the part specially for my car. Brandon and so was the blonde receptionist at the service department were rude and disrespectful! Also they tried to charge me $2000 for the repair yet I was still under warranty. When I told them this wasn’t okay they said they would “good will it”..... xxxxxxxx. I have heard that they tried to do this to family friend of mine as well. They also tried to charge me for an oil change but I still had ones under my contract. I 100% do not recommend this place, yeah they have a nice waiting room but that’s all they’ve got going for them. Do not listen to the commercials! Not friendly! Oh forgot to mention they damaged my interior lining in the repair! More
