I appreciated him not having commission breath and trying to sell me the most expensive car on the lot. I did, however, end up driving off in a Grand Cherokee Overland. Pricing was fair, and I appreciated just getting down to business after our test drive and Bob's no BS approach. I'll be sending all my friends and family Bob's way and he definitely has a customer for life! More

They were both extremely thorough even down to offering water, coffee & snacks as I waited. The service department sent me off with a fresh oil change & car wash- something I've never experienced before at a dealership! I was happy to see some diversity at this establishment as well.
