After starting negotiations Bill Joyner, the sales manager, got involved. We went back and forth on price and we had gotten to a certain payment for a certain term but I left without making a deal. Sharif called me later and we found a compromise that worked for both of us. When I mentioned the price/term he said that he would talk to Bill about that and suddenly my term was extended. I declined the deal. Bill Joyner called me back and I told him that I felt that he was not negotiating in good faith so after some discussion, Bill was able to increase my trade in value and lower the asking price. I accepted but very clearly asked if there was anything that could derail this deal at this point since I did not want to waste my time and was uneasy after they tried extending my term. Bill said no. When I get there the trade in had been reduced by almost 30% and Bill is giving excuses as to why he can’t fulfill the deal that was agreed to. After some words back and forth and me telling Bill that he needs to honor his word I left. My feeling is that they will promise you anything to get you to commit and then pull a bait and switch with the hope that you just give in since you are there. Sharif was pleasant to deal with but Bill Joyner was completely deceptive multiple times. For that reason I would warn everyone to be cautious or completely stay away from David Dodge. More

Great help and making sure I got what I wanted I enjoyed coming back to David Dodge to buy my 2nd new van from them. Commercial was spot on I must admit the intriguing commercial featuring the owner explaining he "may have always been our dealer, maybe we just didn't know it" really got me I must admit the intriguing commercial featuring the owner explaining he "may have always been our dealer, maybe we just didn't know it" really got me. It aired every weekend during local news and became a household joke we'd recite randomly throughout the day. Enough so that I drove past 6 local dealers 45 miles away to see what it was about. Although I never saw the owner to take a selfie and show my wife, I was amazed how easy it was and how much more affordable the deal was, even better than a friend of a friend's dealer. Melissa Haas, our salesperson, found us the perfect match. Bill Joyner, the sales manager, put together a deal that still doesn't sound profitable for the dealer, and the finance manager Jan McGill made paperwork so quick and easy we had to go get lunch while we waited for the special touches to be done to my new Durango RT. I traveled 2 hours in search of a vehicle I viewed online. The salesman Shariff helped me immediately. He took me straight to the vehicle for a test drive. Shariff was very informative and answered all my questions with confidence. . He made sure I knew all of the features of the car, showed me the car fax, and explained my payment options. Once I said YES, to the car, he made the rest of the process easy. I didn’t feel like I was stuck in an auto shop for hours and hours. I was given a tour of the facility and there was even a cafe. Overall I was extremely pleased by the customer service and my experience! I LOVE my new car! Go in and ask for Shariff! Thank you again! More
