I had a suspicious leak of red fluid I had a suspicious leak of red fluid under the front of my 2009 Town and Country and wanted to be sure it was fixed before my wife and I took our I had a suspicious leak of red fluid under the front of my 2009 Town and Country and wanted to be sure it was fixed before my wife and I took our grandkids on a fairly long trip. The earliest appointment was July 10 and we were leaving before that date. We got the problem fixed, along with several other issues discovered by the dealer, who was able to fix it on July 3, not the least of which was front brake pads worn to .1 inch. You have a very good repair department and we come to you for all repairs; you just couldn.t fit our time frame in this case. Unfortunately, that other dealer's mechanics did not close up correctly the power steering fluid and we had to take it back to get that corrected (at no charge). Also even more unfortunately, a couple weeks after those major repairs, totaling $1599, we had a break in the line which carries coolant from the radiator to the fuel pump which left us stranded for over 2 hours until we were towed to your shop. You fixed it at surprisingly little cost considering how important it is to the operation of the van. It seems to me that the "other dealer" should have noticed that problem since much of the $1599 related to the cooling system. More

Customer Focused Team Ed did a great job providing a "customer centric" experience. He worked hard to find the car (with right color and options) my daughter wanted. Good experience I went in to dealership to just look at the ram 1500 longhorn, I have been a ford guy all my life and the ram peeked my curiosity. John Krieger did a great job explaining the vehicle and showed us all its features. I was convinced that this truck is nice and i would very much consider it but not thinking i was going to walk out with it that night. I am very happy with it and very much like all the features. One thing i wish i would of done was look at one more vehicle at there dealership. I think i would of considered the limited if i was giving a chance. More
