Salesman is (was) not returning my phone calls. UPDATED - 3:45pm. Salesman just called 4 hours later to let me know that my owners manual was sent via regular mail on Friday and that it should be UPDATED - 3:45pm. Salesman just called 4 hours later to let me know that my owners manual was sent via regular mail on Friday and that it should be in my hands this week. And the issue with the incentive has been resolved in my favor. (The issue was an honest mistake in communication that would have resulted in a $1,000 increase in price.) . Minor things, left unresolved can tank a relationship, but in the end, they did the right thing. So on the basis of my experiece to date, yes, I would recommend this dealership. ........................... ORIGINAL POST: Great car at a great price. The salesman was very helpful while we were there and the finance process was OK. . We took delivery on 7/3. On 7/5, I discovered that the 600 page owners manual was not in the glove box. When I called on another matter, I also reported that the missing manual, I was told that it would be sent to me. (Yes, I know that I can read it on the car's monitor, but as I need reading glasses, I would have to remain at 18" from the screen to do so.) . I got another call from the salesman on Saturday 7/7 saying that I did not qualify for one of the incentives and that he would call me back on Monday 7/9. When I did not get a call on Monday, I called his office and cell phone and left a voice message on each on Tuesday. I've called several times since and although I've been told that he's at the store, no calls were returned. On my last call I said that since I have not heard from him in almost a week, I assumed that the issue regarding the incentive had been resolved, but that I still need an owners manual. I also asked him to call me. . Since it's been a few days, I just called again before noon and was sent to voice mail. When the operator came back on, I asked to speak to a manager. She took my name and said that someone would contact me.. That was two hours ago. More

After picking the vehicle up, the car began leaking oil as I turned onto my stree Scheduling service was nice and easy, vehicle was completed on time. After picking the vehicle up, the car began leaking oil as I turned onto my street, now there is a oil stain all the way up my street and on my driveway. Car then had to be towed the following morning. I contacted the dealer several times to see how I could have my driveway cleaned, and they ended sending someone out for 15 minutes with some sort of spray bottle on a rainy day. Needless to say the driveway still looks the same. The service after the oil change / towing incident leaves a lot to be desired. In my opinion the dealer should be responsible for cleaning the stains as the incident occurred 15 minutes after picking the car up after the oil change appointment. More
