Got my wife a new car!!! So June 8th I went in to David Dodge and traded in my 2014 Charger for a 2018 Challenger Scat Pack. Great experience purchasing a vehicle! On Saturday June 30 I went over to David Dodge to test drive a few vehicles and possibly purchase one if the deal was good. Every time we walk in that place someone always greets us and gets us to where we need to be. We were introduced to Melissa Haas. She is a sales person who would guide us thru the adventure of buying a car. She was very welcoming and kind. She wasted no time in getting us into the vehicles we wanted to test drive. She answered our questions and told my wife and I a little about herself. It seemed like we knew her. One of the things I appreciated was when she didn’t know the answer to a question, she did lie and give us any old answer. She said she didn’t know and would find out for us. After driving the vehicles we explained our situation and what we wanted to pay for a vehicle. She worked quickly with Jason Finley to get us a deal that worked for all of us. We bought a car that was just right for us! Melissa was great and we were blessed to have her guide us thru the process. Then we headed over the meet with Chris Burke in Finance. We had to a wait a long time because they were so busy. I guess when you are busy you are doing something right. Chris was knowledgeable and quick and helpful. He understood we waited a while so he got right down to business. He explained everything well an clearly. This is the second time we bought a vehicle at David and I can say with confidence it won’t be the last. I also want to say that their website is fantastic and easy to navigate to see inventory. I felt really prepared about the vehicles because the site was so easy to use. So if you need a new or used car you would be a fool not to go over to David and see those folks. Really happy! More

The lease had ended on my 2015 Grand Cherokee and we went in trying to get something for around the same payments. We test drove multiple models and settled on another Grand Cherokee. We spent hours negotiating on the price and eventually left to seek out other dealerships or buy out my current lease. We got a call the next day saying they had found something that would suit our needs and be close to our budget. We drove the car and were ready to sign when we were told it’s be a 5 year lease... A 3 year lease was a non-negotiable for us. Some more time was spent negotiating and settled on a price above our desired range, but an excellent deal. I am happy with our car, our price, and our experience, just wish it did not have to take 2 days and 8 hours to reach a happy medium. More

Paul did a great job telling me what services I needed to keep me safe while not selling me things I did not need. Mark also helped me by looking at a rim I was concerned about. They were very respectful of my time. I love the great hours that allow me to work and still get my car serviced without having to take a day off. All around an awesome place to do business. Oh, and Paul even sent a follow up email to make sure my issues had been resolved. That was a great final touch to an already excellent experience. Thanks David Dodge!! More

Bob Wiebe & everyone at the dealership was so welcoming, friendly & informative. My sales dude Bob modestly showed me some mid level jeep cherokee's. I appreciated him not having commission breath and trying to sell me the most expensive car on the lot. I did, however, end up driving off in a Grand Cherokee Overland. Pricing was fair, and I appreciated just getting down to business after our test drive and Bob's no BS approach. I'll be sending all my friends and family Bob's way and he definitely has a customer for life! More
